Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to providing you with quality products and excellent customer service. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it in accordance with this policy.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, flammable liquids or gases, software, or gift cards. Please do not send these products back to us.

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your item. You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] or +254 741 791939. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it and credit your original method of payment within 14 days. If you paid by credit card, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not returned in accordance with this policy or if the item is found to be tampered with, altered, or damaged.
